We explain what information BizShop may handle, why it is processed, and how you can request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
1. Who we are
BizShop is a business software platform designed to help sellers organise product information and use supported sales workflows. “BizShop”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the BizShop service operated by Swaraaj Enterprises. “You” means a website visitor, account holder, seller or other person whose information is processed through the service.
2. Information we may collect
The information processed depends on the features you use and the information you choose to submit. It may include:
- Account information: email address, account identifier and authentication-related records.
- Business information: business name, contact details, business category and other details you submit.
- Product information: product names, descriptions, images, prices, stock and catalogue details you add.
- Order information: order or transaction details where the relevant functionality is available and used.
- Integration information: identifiers, connection status, message metadata and messages processed by enabled WhatsApp Business workflows.
- Technical information: relevant diagnostic logs, browser or device information and security events needed to operate, troubleshoot and protect the service.
3. How we use information
Depending on the features you use, we may process information to:
- Create, authenticate and maintain seller accounts.
- Display and manage business and product information.
- Configure and operate supported integrations.
- Process customer requests through enabled workflows.
- Provide support, investigate errors and maintain security.
- Prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
- Improve the reliability and functionality of the service.
4. WhatsApp, AI and third-party services
If you connect a supported WhatsApp Business integration or enable AI-assisted features, relevant information may be processed by Meta or WhatsApp, our hosting and database providers, and the AI or automation providers configured for that feature. The information shared depends on the integration and the actions you enable.
Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies and security practices. Review those documents before connecting an account. Only submit information you are authorised to use. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before being relied on for important customer-facing decisions.
BizShop is an independent service and is not owned by or officially endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. How information may be shared
We do not sell personal information as a product. Information may be shared, where relevant and appropriate, with service providers needed to operate the platform, third-party integrations you choose to connect, parties you instruct us to communicate with, or other parties where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
We seek to limit information sharing to what is reasonably needed for the relevant purpose. Information may also be processed to protect users, investigate abuse or maintain platform security.
6. Storage, security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account records, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes and protect security. Retention periods may differ by information type, service provider and applicable legal requirements.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information relating to you. You may also have rights to raise an objection or complaint about its handling.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and your business information accurate. Where supported, you may disconnect integrations or stop using optional features through the relevant account settings.
8. User Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your BizShop account and associated personal information, subject to identity verification, applicable law and any information we are legally required or permitted to retain.
How to request deletion
- Contact the BizShop service operator, Swaraaj Enterprises, through the official support contact published on the BizShop website.
- Use the subject line “BizShop User Data Deletion Request” so the request can be identified.
- Provide the email address associated with your account and explain whether you are requesting account deletion, deletion of specific information, or disconnection of an integration.
- Do not send your password, one-time password, access token or other authentication secrets.
What happens next
We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you are authorised to make the request. Once verified, we will review the request and take appropriate action under applicable law and our operational requirements. We may contact you if clarification is needed.
Where deletion is approved, we will delete or de-identify the relevant information within the applicable period, subject to legal retention requirements, legitimate security needs, dispute resolution and technical backup cycles. Information retained for these reasons will remain subject to appropriate handling restrictions.
Disconnecting a WhatsApp integration does not necessarily delete information already held by Meta, WhatsApp or another third-party provider. You may need to submit a separate request to that provider under its own privacy process.
Submitting a request does not itself confirm that deletion has been completed. We will communicate the outcome through an appropriate contact channel where required or practicable.
9. Children
BizShop is intended for business users and is not designed for children. Do not create an account or submit information if you are not legally permitted to do so.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service, integrations or legal requirements. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
11. Contact and privacy requests
For questions about this policy, access or correction requests, or user data deletion, contact the BizShop service operator, Swaraaj Enterprises, using the official support contact published on the BizShop website.
Before publishing this policy, the operator should ensure that a working support contact is publicly available so users can exercise their privacy choices.
