1. About the service
BizShop provides tools that may help business users manage product information, catalogues, orders and supported WhatsApp Business workflows, including AI-assisted customer communication. Features can change, and some features may require separate configuration, third-party approval or an eligible account.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users or legal compliance.
3. Business and product information
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and current status of the business details, product descriptions, prices, stock, images, offers and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use that content. You are responsible for honouring the prices, product claims, availability, warranties, delivery promises and other commitments you make to customers.
4. WhatsApp and third-party services
Connecting WhatsApp Business or other third-party services may require separate accounts, permissions, verification, approvals and compliance with the relevant provider's policies. You must comply with applicable Meta/WhatsApp terms, messaging rules, opt-in and consent requirements, template rules and all applicable laws. BizShop cannot guarantee that a third party will approve, maintain or continue to provide an integration.
You must not send unlawful, unsolicited, misleading, abusive or otherwise prohibited communications. You are responsible for obtaining any notices, consents and permissions required before sending messages or processing customer information.
5. AI-assisted features
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate for a particular situation. You must review your settings and remain responsible for customer-facing communications, product claims, order acceptance, refunds, fulfilment and escalation to a human when needed. Do not rely on AI output as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. BizShop does not guarantee a specific level of sales, leads, revenue, customer response or business results.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any applicable law or third-party policy;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- upload malware, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service;
- misrepresent your identity, business, products or authority to connect an account;
- use the platform for fraud, spam, deceptive practices or prohibited products or services; or
- attempt to bypass platform security, usage limits or third-party safeguards.
7. Payments, orders and customer disputes
Unless a specific feature or separate written agreement says otherwise, BizShop is a software provider and is not the seller of your products. You remain responsible for your transactions with customers, including pricing, taxes, invoices, payment collection, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties and customer support. Any third-party payment or commerce service is subject to its own terms.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, provider or business reasons. We will not exclude responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
BizShop and its underlying software, design and branding are protected by applicable laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your lawful business activities. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us permission to process it as reasonably needed to operate the features you use.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using BizShop at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, misuse an integration or where required by law or a service provider. Where reasonable and permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not make guarantees about business outcomes or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, BizShop and Swaraaj Enterprises will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any liability limitation applies only as far as applicable law permits.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are subject to the laws applicable in India, without limiting any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. For questions about these terms, contact Swaraaj Enterprises through the official contact channel provided on the BizShop website or in your business account.
